Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a globally distributed team of 40–50 engineers and engineering managers
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Product Engineering in alignment with company goals
• Drive the migration of existing products onto the next-generation Titan platform
• Oversee data engineering and the modernization of Scala/Spark-based infrastructure
• Champion the transition toward agentic, AI-assisted engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Design, and Sales to define roadmaps and gather customer feedback
• Manage the product engineering budget and resource allocation

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in software engineering
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing other managers
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company
• Experience managing engineering organizations of 25+ people
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale platform or product migrations
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development practices
• Strong background in modern software development (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or React
• Experience with Scala and Spark
