Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of capital project engineering, driving schedule, budget, and delivery from development through construction
• Lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers, setting priorities and standards
• Manage coordination across process development, engineering, construction, business development, and finance
• Own integrated program schedules and budgets, tracking critical paths and mitigating risks
• Support the development and deployment of capital-project operating-system software tools
• Establish and standardize project development and execution strategies
• Partner with finance and business development on capital allocation and project economics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience leading program or project management for large, complex capital projects
• Experience in mining, minerals processing, chemical, energy, or heavy-industrial environments
• Experience defining and driving adoption of project management or capital-project software tools
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
