Head of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, including Core, Product, and Infrastructure engineers
• Work with the CTO and Core Engineers to define technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems are delivered across all products
• Implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for velocity, quality, and reliability
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to align technical execution with business impact
• Drive hiring and team development to build a world-class engineering organization

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software
• Deeply technical background with ability to work hands-on with Core Engineers
• End-to-end thinking from architecture and product design to delivery and operations
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
