Factor Eleven is a leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication - from media planning and ad creation through to campaign delivery, billing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Scale Leaders: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Managers.
• Drive Modernisation: Spearhead the greenfield rebuild and platform modernisation of core modules into a distributed, cloud-native system.
• Architectural Guardrails: Provide architectural oversight and embed AI capabilities into engineering workflows and product features.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate complex engineering roadmaps into strategic value for commercial leaders.
• Operational Excellence: Balance strategic vision with operational execution to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Engineering Managers
• 10+ years of total experience in software engineering
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems and modern cloud architecture (AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust with cross-functional peers
