Head of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational pivot from traditional tech to AI-native architectures and self-healing systems
• Own the AI roadmap, redefining business operations and system optimization through AI integration
• Manage and provide vision for a high-density team of global AI engineers and system architects
• Re-engineer legacy processes and human-led bottlenecks using AI-driven automation
• Oversee the full engineering lifecycle, from backend memory management to high-performance interfaces
• Build real-time, non-deterministic AI systems capable of handling complex tasks in high-stakes environments

Requirements

• Deep experience in high-performance programming with C++, Rust, Go, or Python
• Expertise in LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines
• Proficiency with Vector databases such as Milvus or Pinecone
• Expertise in Kubernetes and distributed systems
• Experience with low-latency data streaming and kernel-level optimizations
