Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for technology and AI engineering teams
• Own engineering deliverables and P&L for the tech function
• Identify and implement emerging AI technologies and intelligent automation solutions
• Oversee the complete product life cycle including front-end, back-end, and cloud development
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing technology and AI engineering teams
• Ensure robust security, compliance, governance, and risk management practices
• Establish best practices for responsible AI adoption and data privacy

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing and scaling AI and technology teams
• Extensive experience in front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI-enabled application development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data platforms
• Expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of MLOps and scalable AI system implementation
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
