Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, steering, and go-live of energy projects in multi-family houses
- Build a scalable Energy-Operations system including metering concepts, balancing, and billing
- Build and lead a high-performance team of project managers and operations specialists
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or consulting
- Deep knowledge of energy industry processes (EnWG, MSB processes, metering, or billing)
- Fluency in German and English
