Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team in the internal functional area
• Contribute to the active development of the department
• Implement department-relevant and clinic-wide projects
• Manage personnel development and participate in staff selection
• Ensure nursing quality goals are met

Requirements

• Completed training in health and nursing
• Completed specialist training in endoscopy
• Leadership experience (desirable) or interest in team leadership and middle management training
• High level of organizational skills and teamwork
• Motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration
