Head of Employer Brand & Communications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global employer branding strategy aligned with business and hiring goals
• Promote the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through social media, media outlets, events, and internal communications
• Analyze labor market trends and competitor employer brand activities, specifically within the fintech and CFD sectors
• Lead cross-functional projects involving recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
• Coordinate participation in career fairs, conferences, and university partnerships
• Oversee HR content production, including blogs, social media, careers sites, and internal storytelling campaigns
• Track and report on the performance of employer branding initiatives using relevant KPIs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or HR Marketing
• Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive employer brand strategies
• Experience working in an international or fast-growing company, preferably in fintech, IT, or digital sectors
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
• Hands-on experience managing social media and media campaigns
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (written and verbal)
