About the Company

Mosaic is the AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, used by leading investors and advisors including Warburg Pincus, CVC, New Mountain, and Evercore. Mosaic automates and standardizes core deal analyses—such as LBOs and DCFs—so investment teams can move faster, reduce spreadsheet risk, and spend more time on investment judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Own EMEA revenue and growth, including pipeline, forecast, and bookings
  • Define and execute Mosaic’s EMEA go-to-market strategy across PE, credit, and advisory segments
  • Close complex strategic enterprise deals with senior decision-makers (Partner/MD-level)
  • Build a repeatable EMEA playbook including segmentation, pricing, and sales processes
  • Drive land-and-expand motions to ensure multi-team adoption and expansion
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
  • Hire, develop, and coach the EMEA sales team as the region scales

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and growing revenue across EMEA
  • Experience selling into private equity, private credit, or investment banking
  • Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals including multi-threading and procurement
  • Builder mindset with experience standing up new regions or systems
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with senior investment professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial modeling and deal workflows
  • Experience selling transformative workflow products where adoption is key
