Head of EMEA Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute global "sell-with" and "sell-through" playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings in EMEA
• Build and lead a high-velocity acquisition engine for AI-native companies in regional hubs
• Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and System Integrators (SIs)
• Collaborate with Sales teams to map partner portfolios into active target accounts
• Provide local feedback to refine global partnership frameworks and playbooks
• Identify and certify regional partners to expand market reach
• Track and report on ecosystem growth and revenue impact

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in partnership, ecosystem, or GTM execution roles
• Experience within cloud infrastructure or AI/ML space
• Proven track record of navigating EMEA business cultures and partner ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in building startup or channel programs that drive measurable bookings
• Deep fluency in "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of AI/ML workloads (training, fine-tuning, inference)
• Experience with high-performance GPU infrastructure ecosystems
• Established relationships within VC or startup accelerator communities in London, Paris, or Tel-Aviv
• Proficiency in one or more European languages
