Head of EMEA Financial Services GTM

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Financial Services GTM, including growth execution plans and driving C-level relationships
• Work with sales and pre-sales teams to create account, segment, and region-level GTM plans
• Develop strategic C-level relationships with ISV and CSI partners
• Identify operational gaps and execute data-driven improvement plans
• Develop comprehensive sub-vertical sales plays and scalable motions for EMEA
• Act as an industry thought leader through white-papers, speaking engagements, and C-suite engagement
• Partner with marketing to develop Financial Services content, collateral, and demand generation plans
• Ensure security messaging and positioning is tailored for Financial Services

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an executive (CxO) in Banking
• Intimate knowledge of global regulations in Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, and Insurance, specifically European regulations
• Experience driving change at large FSI institutions from both technical and business perspectives
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to cultivate executive relationships
• Experience building vertical solutions on existing technology platforms that generate revenue
• Experience working with sales and technical pre-sales to build GTM sales kits
• Strong knowledge of the technology landscape in banking and payments
• Hands-on experience managing vertical solution programs
• Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams on positioning technology to Financial Services customers
