Head of Electrical & Electronic Architecture and Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and specialists in designing and developing electrical and electronic architectures for autonomous vehicles.
• Drive delivery excellence by ensuring the team meets project milestones, quality standards, and technical goals.
• Manage the entire people lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and competence development.
• Define and deliver the technical roadmap for electrical and electronic components, including wire harness design and onboard driving systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across technology, product, and customer delivery teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous growth through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams (including verification, software, and hardware developers) for safety-relevant products.
• Strong background in applying functional and operational safety standards during development.
• Experience in leading production program delivery with a focus on scaling, hardware quality, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and guide developers and testers in high-paced, complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Solid technical foundation in autonomous systems and future mobility.
