Head of Drafting - Linear Infrastructure CAD/BIM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the drafting department including experienced drafters, apprentices, and external providers
• Manage human resources for the department (interviews, training plans, leave management, etc.)
• Control the compliance of technical production (plans, sections, technical details, measurements) according to graphic charters and standards
• Structure production tools, including CAD/DAO and BIM procedures and data extraction tools
• Perform technical and graphic production for assigned missions, including network plans, longitudinal and transverse profiles, and technical notes

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+3 specialized degree
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering or architecture within public works or transport infrastructure
• Experience with large-scale projects (over €20M)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and plugins such as Covadis, Civil 3D, Mensura, Autoturn, or GuideSIGN
• Knowledge of geometric design and leveling for urban roads and utility networks
• Experience with BIM environments (Navisworks, BIM 360)
• AIPR designer certification
• Ideally, prior experience in team management or BIM coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in QGIS
• Experience in BIM Infrastructure coordination or synthesis on linear infrastructure projects like tramways or BHNS
