About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a long-term product vision and strategy for China customer experiences aligned with global brand goals
- Own the end-to-end product experience across Retail, Wholesale, Local DTC (WeChat), and China Marketplaces
- Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps in partnership with Engineering and Design
- Promote a deep understanding of Chinese customer behaviors and embed research into product decisions
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing product organization in China
- Establish a data-driven decision-making culture using success metrics for engagement and retention
- Act as the China product voice within the global organization to influence global strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with senior leadership experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, customer-facing products at scale
- Deep understanding of the China digital ecosystem, including WeChat and local marketplaces
- Strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data leaders
- Experience working within global organizations and navigating cross-cultural environments
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
