Head of Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic platforms to drive patient acquisition.
• Define marketing KPIs, attribution models, and ROI measurement frameworks to optimize ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Lead media and PR efforts by building relationships with journalists, influencers, and healthcare publications.
• Oversee the creation of PR materials, including press releases, media notes, and leadership interviews.
• Implement AI-powered marketing solutions for predictive analytics, audience segmentation, and personalized engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end patient lead funnel, from inquiry generation through to appointment conversion and follow-up.
• Optimize digital assets including websites, landing pages, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or media.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Extensive experience in media management, PR, and brand visibility.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and marketing automation technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport with hospital leadership and medical teams.
