Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 digital marketing professionals
• Drive qualified lead generation across multiple real estate projects through paid and organic digital channels
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI through data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Branding, and Project teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, landing pages, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation
• Monitor campaign performance, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and other key performance indicators
• Implement attribution models and analytics frameworks using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Build strong remarketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies

Requirements

• 7-8 years of total experience
• Minimum 3-4 years in Real Estate Digital Marketing
• Experience managing a team of approximately 20 members
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube advertising
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and conversion funnels
