About the Company
MAKEUP is one of the largest e-commerce projects in the online retail sector, featuring over 200,000 products in its catalog and a presence across 30+ domains in various countries and language markets.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies for 30+ markets
- Take full responsibility for planning, allocating, and controlling significant marketing budgets
- Lead the in-house team (PPC, Retention) and synchronize with SEO and SMM departments
- Manage deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, working with large product feeds
- Coordinate large-scale advertising campaigns for partner brands
- Perform deep analysis of LTV, CAC, churn rate, and develop retention strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance or digital marketing
- Experience as Head, Lead, or Senior Performance Manager in large e-commerce (must have)
- Deep understanding of e-commerce economics (unit economics, margin, LTV, ROI)
- Systematic understanding of attribution (GA4, server-side tracking, MMP, CDP)
- Experience managing teams and delegating tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets in Europe and the USA
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
