About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global digital health evidence generation and data strategy across the product portfolio.
- Establish data governance, privacy, and interoperability standards using industry frameworks like FHIR and OMOP.
- Drive the development of AI-enabled tools, predictive models, and data products for patient identification and clinical decision support.
- Lead the global Digital Health Data & Evidence team, overseeing hiring, performance management, and professional development.
- Partner with R&D, Quantitative Sciences, and technical engineering teams to translate clinical needs into scalable data solutions.
- Manage market access data strategies, including third-party pricing intelligence and automated decision-support tools.
- Represent the function in senior governance forums, including Core Teams and Steering Committees.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in evidence generation methodologies (clinical, real-world, and economic) for digital health products.
- Strong command of healthcare data standards and interoperability, specifically FHIR and OMOP.
- Proven experience in healthcare data governance, privacy, and patient-domain data management.
- Proficiency in AI/ML, predictive modeling, and developing data-driven products in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technical, and clinical domains.
