About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall digital commerce strategy for China aligned with global objectives
- Own commercial strategic objective setting and execution for all digital channels including e-commerce platforms and partner marketplaces
- Lead the performance marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Manage the performance marketing budget and optimize spend to maximize ROI and ROAS
- Oversee management of all digital sales channels including brand website, app, and marketplace partners like Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital commercial professionals
- Influence and inspire cross-functional leaders and global stakeholders regarding the China digital environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital commercial roles
- Deep understanding of the China digital landscape, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels
- Strong analytical and data-driven commercial acumen
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
