Head of Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct bid development activities for US P3 market investment opportunities
• Manage and coordinate review and negotiation of concession agreements, construction contracts, and financing documents
• Facilitate internal project and investment proposals and coordinate approvals with risk committees
• Prepare board materials and internal presentations for legal and commercial activities
• Liaise with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors regarding business opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, or public procurement
• Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
• Deep knowledge of US P3 infrastructure contracting models and financing structures
• Expertise in roads, transit, rail, bridges, tunnels, airports, water, or renewables
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with project agreements and credit support documentation
