Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Vercel’s Developer-Facing programs, refining sponsorship frameworks and strengthening maintainer relationships
• Define and lead Vercel’s developer ecosystem strategy and identify priority focus areas
• Own global conference and sponsorship strategy, determining where and how Vercel shows up
• Shape developer thought leadership and narrative to reinforce brand and product positioning
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Developer Experience, Community, Product Marketing, and Brand teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, OSS leadership, or ecosystem strategy
• 1+ year of team management experience
• Experience owning or scaling an existing open source or ecosystem program
• Strong relationships within the modern web or open source community
• Experience managing sponsorship investments and evaluating ROI
• Proven conference speaking experience at high-visibility developer events
• Deep technical fluency with modern web technologies like Next.js, frontend frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Ability to travel regularly for conferences and ecosystem engagements
