Head of Design, Wealth

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design experience for Share.Market, including strategy, user flows, visual craft, and microcopy.
• Act as a hands-on leader by designing complex screens and prototyping solutions directly.
• Simplify dense financial data and regulated flows to create intuitive experiences for both novice and expert investors.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to integrate user perspectives into roadmaps and trade-off decisions.
• Build and lead the design team as the product scales, setting high standards for quality and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of owning consumer products at scale.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating depth in interaction design, visual polish, and clear design rationale.
• Experience designing for data-heavy or highly regulated environments (e.g., fintech, trading, or healthcare).
• Strong systems thinking skills and fluency with design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for microcopy and stakeholder management.
• A "player-coach" mindset, with the ability to lead teams while remaining deeply involved in the craft.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge in broking, F&O, market structure, or wealth management.
• Experience working within the specific constraints of regulated financial products.
