Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new products, features, and marketing assets
• Mentor and coach the design team
• Hire additional designers as necessary
• Ship high-quality designs that reach a global audience

Requirements

• Proven experience designing beautiful software products
• Experience leading exceptional design teams
• Experience hiring exceptional designers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment
