About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, process, and operating model for a multidisciplinary design team
- Attract, hire, and mentor UX designers, UI designers, researchers, and graphic designers
- Own end-to-end design strategy across product design, UI/UX, marketing, and branding
- Simplify complex financial instruments like F&O and unlisted investments into user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Leadership to align on roadmaps
- Oversee design project timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX Design or Interaction Design
- 4+ years of leadership or management experience building and scaling design teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related discipline preferred
- Proven experience in Fintech, Wealth Management, or Investment domains is highly desired
- Ability to work onsite in Mumbai from Monday to Friday
