Head of Design

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap for scaling the Design function, including systems, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Build the design operating system by establishing processes, standards, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Raise the bar for design craft and oversee the professional growth and talent development of the design team.
• Own the cross-product experience strategy to ensure a cohesive ecosystem across all product lines.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CPO and CEO, advocating for the customer experience at the executive level.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and scaling design organizations within large platform ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in design operations and establishing repeatable excellence.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled design workflows and an AI-forward mindset.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and challenge assumptions.
• Experience managing complex user journeys and multi-product environments.
