Head of Design

Responsibilities

• Own product design across the full CASABOT surface stack, including HiveOS UI, mobile (iOS/Android), web, and Augmented Reality experiences
• Develop and maintain the CASABOT design system, including patterns, components, accessibility standards, and design tokens
• Act as brand steward, managing visual identity, motion language, and cross-platform consistency
• Partner cross-functionally with the CTO, engineering leads, and the CRO on customer-facing surfaces
• Hire, mentor, and grow the design organization as the company scales

Requirements

• Senior product design experience leading multi-platform consumer products
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products on schedule within a startup environment
• Direct experience hiring, leading, and developing design teams
• Deep, hands-on fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Ability to own end-to-end work, including research, interaction, visual design, and design QA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in smart home, consumer hardware, connected devices, or premium hospitality technology
• Multi-surface design expertise involving spatial, AR, or voice interfaces
• Brand-system fluency with the ability to manage or partner with agency support
• Prior experience working in or near the Gulf region
