Head of Design

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale all three design functions: product design, brand design, and marketing design.
• Define Aspora's unified design vision across the app, web, brand identity, and growth creative.
• Drive the evolution of a unified design system that serves both product and marketing teams.
• Shape cross-functional design direction alongside Product, Engineering, and Growth leadership.
• Establish design quality standards, critique culture, and operating rhythms across all disciplines.
• Own brand integrity globally to ensure visual and tonal consistency across all markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in product design, including UX flows, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
• Proven experience in brand or marketing design, including visual identity and campaign creative.
• Proficiency in Figma or an equivalent design tool.
• Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take high ownership of complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience designing for multi-market consumer products.
