Responsibilities
- Own the full demand gen function including outbound, inbound, content, events, paid, and lifecycle
- Manage the BDR team and the current marketing function
- Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline targets, coverage, and conversion
- Build a multi-channel demand gen motion for Fortune 2000 and Fortune 500 HR buying committees
- Rebuild the outbound engine with sharper ICP and AI-native tooling
- Establish attribution, conversion, and channel ROI metrics
- Hire and scale the demand gen team including BDR managers, content leads, and field marketing
Requirements
- 6-8 years of demand gen or growth experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling pipeline from Series A through Series C
- Experience generating demand into Fortune 2000/500 accounts
- Deep understanding of long, multi-persona enterprise sales cycles
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI in daily workflows
- Hands-on leadership style capable of writing sequences and managing dashboards
- Experience managing managers or leading BDR teams is a strong plus
