About the Company

Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law. Backed by Google Ventures and Balderton Capital, we are expanding our US presence to acquire and integrate leading consumer law firms into our AI-driven network.

Responsibilities

  • Build a quantitative model of the US law firm and attorney market to segment and prioritize targets
  • Own the end-to-end B2B demand generation strategy to drive qualified deal flow for the M&A team
  • Design and execute multi-channel account-based campaigns across paid, outbound, email, and social channels
  • Develop content strategies and nurture programs that position Lawhive as a compelling path for firm owners
  • Build reporting infrastructure to track pipeline generation, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates
  • Partner with SDR and M&A teams to ensure high-quality lead handoff and effective sales enablement

Requirements

  • Strong track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or deal origination
  • Experience building and scaling demand gen programs that drive measurable revenue or pipeline
  • Highly quantitative approach to market segmentation and data-driven decision making
  • Deep expertise in ABM, outbound, paid channels, and CRM systems
  • Experience marketing to high-consideration B2B audiences with long decision cycles
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales or corporate development teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience generating deal flow for M&A, roll-ups, or partner recruitment models
  • Background in legal, professional services, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience at an AI-native or AI-first startup
  • Exposure to the US legal market
