Head of Demand Generation

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand engine, including paid acquisition, organic growth, website, and conversion channels.
• Translate growth targets into actionable roadmaps to deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Lead website strategy, including structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and CRO.
• Manage paid acquisition and oversee a budget of €2M+ aligned to revenue goals.
• Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters to increase brand authority.
• Lead and mentor the paid, content, web, and design teams.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Revenue, and Leadership teams to ensure differentiated positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Proven track record of pipeline growth and managing budgets of €2M+.
• Deep expertise in paid media, CRO, and SEO/GEO.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude or other LLM-based tooling) to automate marketing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercially driven mindset.
• Ability to combine editorial judgment with digital design understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within SaaS companies in the €20M–€100M ARR range.
• Exposure to international SaaS markets.
• Experience collaborating closely with PMM and Commercial teams.
