Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end demand engine, including paid acquisition, organic growth, website, and conversion channels.
  • Translate growth targets into clear priorities and roadmaps to deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and CRO in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Manage a €2M+ budget allocation, optimizing for pipeline and revenue impact with strong attribution visibility.
  • Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters to grow brand authority.
  • Lead and mentor the paid, content, web, and design teams while establishing scalable experimentation frameworks.
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth.
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and managing €2M+ budgets.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition, CRO, and SEO/GEO.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude or other LLM-based tooling) to automate marketing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Ability to combine editorial judgment with digital design understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within SaaS companies in the €20M–€100M ARR range.
  • International SaaS exposure.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Commercial teams.
