About the Company

Campfire is a next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. We help them close fast and scale even faster by replacing outdated legacy ERPs with automation-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound demand gen strategy and execution across all channels
• Build and run integrated campaigns including content, email, paid, and organic
• Own the website, including messaging, CRO, landing pages, and optimization
• Lead SEO strategy from keyword research to technical improvements
• Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Write and produce content for finance leaders, such as blog posts and guides
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and nurture sequences
• Build reporting and dashboards to measure performance and optimize spend
• Manage and mentor a Paid/SEO Growth Specialist

Requirements

• 10+ years in demand gen or growth marketing at a B2B SLG company
• Proven track record building inbound programs that generate measurable pipeline
• Strong writing skills for business audiences
• Hands-on experience with SEO and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn)
• Data-driven approach to building dashboards and optimizing results
• Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding the revenue funnel
• Ability to act as a player-coach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to finance teams, CFOs, or controllers
• Background in ERP, accounting software, or fintech
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
• Prior experience managing a small team
