About the Company
Campfire is a next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. We help them close fast and scale even faster by replacing outdated legacy ERPs with automation-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound demand gen strategy and execution across all channels
- Build and run integrated campaigns including content, email, paid, and organic
- Own the website, including messaging, CRO, landing pages, and optimization
- Lead SEO strategy from keyword research to technical improvements
- Manage paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Write and produce content for finance leaders, such as blog posts and guides
- Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and nurture sequences
- Build reporting and dashboards to measure performance and optimize spend
- Manage and mentor a Paid/SEO Growth Specialist
Requirements
- 10+ years in demand gen or growth marketing at a B2B SLG company
- Proven track record building inbound programs that generate measurable pipeline
- Strong writing skills for business audiences
- Hands-on experience with SEO and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn)
- Data-driven approach to building dashboards and optimizing results
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding the revenue funnel
- Ability to act as a player-coach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to finance teams, CFOs, or controllers
- Background in ERP, accounting software, or fintech
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Prior experience managing a small team
