About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the comprehensive demand generation strategy, execution, and results in alignment with company priorities and target audiences.
- Lead and scale demand generation programs across paid media, digital, field, events, webinars, and ABM.
- Implement a data-driven approach to identify high-quality leads and upsell opportunities, nurturing them through the funnel to drive sustainable conversions.
- Create multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns tailored to specific segments, geographies, and personas across the entire client journey.
- Oversee event and conference strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimizing them for lead generation and engagement.
- Manage and allocate budgets across digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and SEO/AEO.
- Measure performance using robust KPI tracking and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation roles with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience building a demand generation function and team from the ground up.
- Extensive expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Proven experience leading industry and hosted event and conference strategies.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and results-driven execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing into the financial services vertical.
- Experience working within a global data or AI platform environment.
