Abacum is the leading Business Planning solution for finance teams to drive performance. By automating reporting, enabling collaboration, and simplifying planning and forecasting, we help finance teams shift from number crunching to driving strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan with clear MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences and lead scoring rules in HubSpot
  • Run structured tests on channels, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Own the weekly demand dashboard and report on pipeline, cost per opp, and ROI
  • Coordinate competitive and bottom-of-funnel content with PMM
  • Build and execute an ABM strategy for top-tier accounts
  • Partner with the BDR team lead on outbound campaign alignment and handoff processes

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • Experience at a growth-stage company (Series A–C)
  • Hands-on experience with pipeline-focused success metrics
  • Deep comfort with HubSpot (automation, lead scoring, workflows, reporting)
  • Experience working with or coordinating BDR/SDR teams
  • Strong analytical mindset for building dashboards and making budget decisions
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FP&A, fintech, or adjacent B2B software categories
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like Clay, 6sense, or Demandbase
  • Experience with AEO/GEO strategies
  • Proficiency with PostHog, Google Analytics 4, or similar product analytics tools
  • Salesforce experience
