Head of Delivery Transformation, India SHIP Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the India SHIP team to drive agile delivery, speed-to-market improvements, and defect reduction initiatives.
• Establish program-level operating mechanisms using OKRs, roadmap checkpoints, dependency boards, and delivery risk reviews.
• Utilize DORA and flow metrics to improve release predictability, cycle time, and deployment quality.
• Deploy into high-risk transformation workstreams to unblock delivery and implement repeatable execution mechanisms.
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and compliance leaders to align delivery governance with production realities.
• Manage and develop transformation delivery talent through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in delivery transformation, program delivery, or engineering operations within fintech, banking, or large-scale technology environments.
• 8+ years of experience leading transformation programs using scaled agile frameworks, Scrum, or Kanban.
• 8+ years of experience using DORA metrics and flow metrics to improve speed to market and predictability.
• 6+ years of experience partnering with engineering, risk, and compliance teams in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of experience in team management and people development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading embedded delivery transformation teams within high-priority modernization programs.
• Proven track record of improving delivery execution in payments, core banking, or security-related technology environments.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
