Head of Delivery, Degree Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of all Degree Programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and faculty coordination.
• Define and implement program delivery models, operating processes, and service standards to ensure continuous improvement.
• Own the participant experience across the full program lifecycle, ensuring high service standards and effective communication.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation for all degree programs.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, and HEC Paris Main Campus to uphold academic quality and policy compliance.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Degree Programs Delivery team, fostering a high-performing and service-oriented culture.
• Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate operational risks or bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, education, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, learning and development (L&D), or corporate events.
• Proven experience in managing and developing professional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage peak-volume cycles and multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, executive education, or an international academic environment.
• Experience working within GCC markets.
• Proficiency in Arabic or French.
