Head of Delivery and Returns Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon Mexico's 1-year and 3-year delivery and returns strategy to improve speed, cost, and reliability.
• Own weekly reporting of delivery performance targets to senior and C-level leadership.
• Manage a project portfolio of 50+ concurrent projects spanning infrastructure, operations, and technology.
• Oversee the development of AI/ML models to automate decision-making and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of five Senior Managers across strategic planning, results tracking, and BI/AI pillars.
• Serve as the central coordination point for delivery topics across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery and managing feature tradeoffs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
