Responsibilities

• Map highest-priority data use cases by interviewing cross-functional leaders
• Design and build targeted pipelines connecting ERP, HRIS, Android/app telemetry, and bespoke trackers
• Own end-to-end architecture, including writing code and making tooling calls
• Identify technical overlaps to create a pragmatic build sequence
• Ensure a clean, normalised data foundation to power internal AI and agentic workflows
• Evaluate and select modern, lightweight tooling
• Define data standards, quality controls, and documentation

Requirements

• Deep hands-on engineering skills with ability to write code and build pipelines
• Track record in complex environments like hybrid hardware/software or scaling fintechs
• Fluency in modern agentic and LLM workflows
• Commercial instincts to frame work in terms of business decisions and revenue
• Strong judgement regarding scalable architecture versus scrappy pipelines
• Experience connecting disparate systems (ERP, HRIS, mobile telemetry)
• Ability to operate as a senior-level individual contributor
