Responsibilities

• Own data strategy across ML, analytics, and infrastructure
• Design and implement robust data pipelines, storage systems, and tooling
• Partner with ML and engineering teams to improve data quality and labeling systems
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for decision-making
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing data team
• Build systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics
• Experience leading or managing teams
• Strong technical foundation in data systems, pipelines, and warehousing
• Experience supporting machine learning systems and data needs
• Proven ability to build analytical frameworks and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
