Head of Data & AI Strategy

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic Data and AI roadmap to align with global business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of emerging technologies, including agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from MVP to autonomous deployment.
• Implement "Agent Observability" standards to optimize automated workflow performance.
• Ensure all systems comply with the EU AI Act, focusing on transparency and human oversight.
• Establish data governance policies to ensure "AI-ready" data quality across the company.
• Translate complex business challenges into technical requirements and use data storytelling to influence decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a high-performance multidisciplinary team, fostering autonomy and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading large-scale Data Science, AI, and data architecture projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams with a focus on people development.
• Strategic vision with the ability to connect technology to business value and customer impact.
• Technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act) and agent observability.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Passion for sports and alignment with human-centric company values.
