Head of CX Activation & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise CX strategy by defining AI-first insights and orchestrating cross-functional execution to drive measurable customer experience value globally.
• Engage with US and international leaders to share AI CX insights, prioritize improvement projects, and elevate CX literacy enterprise-wide.
• Manage CX activation leads and drive actions based on insights identified through listening programs.
• Evolve CX strategy in collaboration with the CX Council to design future-state experiences using cutting-edge AI capabilities.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog, prepare funding proposals, and develop value realization narratives for executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in CX, operations, or program management.
• 8–10 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and 5+ years of transformational execution management.
• Proven track record in data-driven decision making and executive-level change leadership.
• Fluency with VOC platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia), journey analytics, CRM, and BI tools.
• Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled capabilities to drive commercial impact.
