Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI-driven customer support systems that resolve the majority of queries automatically
- Lead and grow a small, high-performing team of operators to handle complex, high-value edge cases
- Use data and metrics to identify user pain points and turn recurring issues into product or system fixes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to solve customer problems at the root
- Build scalable processes, tools, and systems that support global growth without linear headcount increases
