Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Founded in 2023 and backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst, Tabs automates the contract-to-cash lifecycle to help high-growth companies eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and expansion by owning renewal forecasts, risk management, and day-to-day execution
  • Hire, develop, and retain the CS team, managing both individual contributors and a manager
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for key customer accounts to reset expectations and drive resolution
  • Design and refine the operating model, including escalation paths, staffing plans, and QBR cadences
  • Build reporting and tooling to provide visibility into account health and expansion opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure customer ROI
  • Carry the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in customer success or post-sale roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Strong accounting and technical fluency
  • Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City (Soho HQ)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in accounting or finance software
  • CPA or Big Four experience
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and order-to-cash workflows
