Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products designed to help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers optimize their hiring processes. Backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom, Ashby is already working with industry leaders like Opendoor, Plaid, and Airtable.

Responsibilities

  • Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
  • Build a go-to-market process from the ground up
  • Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail
  • Leverage tools and technology to scale the sales team
  • Gather market, product, and industry trend learnings to share with the broader company
  • Model out scenarios using analytical and numerical skills

Requirements

  • Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
  • High attention to detail and obsession with follow-up quality
  • Ability to move fast and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to model scenarios
  • Appetite for building processes from scratch
