Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products designed to help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers optimize their hiring processes. Backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom, Ashby is already working with industry leaders like Opendoor, Plaid, and Airtable.
Responsibilities
- Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
- Build a go-to-market process from the ground up
- Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail
- Leverage tools and technology to scale the sales team
- Gather market, product, and industry trend learnings to share with the broader company
- Model out scenarios using analytical and numerical skills
Requirements
- Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
- High attention to detail and obsession with follow-up quality
- Ability to move fast and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model scenarios
- Appetite for building processes from scratch

- Experience hiring and leading a sales team
