About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the growth roadmap focusing on acquisition, reactivation, and retention strategies
- Own the full customer activation lifecycle from app installs to habituation
- Oversee and mentor high-performing Paid Media and CRM teams
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to optimize the customer funnel
- Develop innovative acquisition channels and reactivation initiatives
- Use advanced analytics to build dashboards and communicate campaign outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of marketing or growth experience
- 3+ years leading multi-functional teams in high-growth digital environments
- Proven experience in on-demand, ecommerce, or tech ecosystems
- Expertise in paid ads, digital acquisition funnels, and CRM campaigns
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tableau
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to subscription-based models or loyalty programs
- Familiarity with app-based revenue strategies, gamification, or personalization
