About the Company

comstruct turns the paper chaos of construction into structured data. We extract material data from delivery notes and invoices at item level and automate what construction companies still do by hand: documentation, invoice entry, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the CX organization, including hiring, developing, and coaching the team across the customer journey.
• Transform technical rollouts into a scalable system, covering POVs, supplier integrations, and multi-site rollouts.
• Own the post-sales P&L by tying customer health to ARR and running strategic QBRs with enterprise decision makers.
• Drive product roadmap prioritization by connecting customer signals from the field to Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation, Value Engineering, or Customer Success in enterprise or mid-market environments.
• 1-2 years of experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to read and map ERP integrations and assess technical feasibility.
• Proven commercial ownership in implementation or GTM roles, including qualifying upsells and driving expansion.
• Native-level German and fluency in English.
• Experience handling multi-layered enterprise accounts and complex stakeholder conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Tech, Supply Chain, or Logistics SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building features or integrations.
• Experience in early-stage startups (under 50 employees) building processes from scratch.
