Responsibilities

• Build and own the post-sales function from zero, including methodology, team design, and playbooks
• Define and improve a tiered deployment model for middle-market and SMB customers
• Own data migration and integration strategy at a systems level
• Partner with Product to translate field learnings into automated onboarding and integration capabilities
• Own core commercial post-sales outcomes including net revenue retention and time-to-value
• Hire, lead, and develop a team of implementation individual contributors
• Build self-service and Help Center infrastructure for lower-touch accounts

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in post-sales, implementation, or solutions engineering leadership
• Proven experience building a post-sales or implementation function from scratch
• Deep technical understanding of integration architecture, data pipelines, and APIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead implementation engineers and make build-versus-buy decisions
• Strong commercial orientation regarding retention and expansion
• Experience managing the tension between high-touch delivery and scalable execution
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or fintech
• Familiarity with RIA technology stack, including custodial data and CRM systems
• Experience serving markets where implementation quality is a critical differentiator
