Responsibilities

• Own line sizing end to end by building dynamic limits that expand with payment behavior and cash flow.
• Own the application and onboarding pipeline, working with engineering to reduce time-to-decision.
• Build the Atlas Business underwriting engine using entity-based decisioning and alternative data.
• Manage the credit facility, partnering with the VP of Finance on warehouse operations and covenant compliance.
• Own collections and loss mitigation, including early-warning systems and recovery processes.
• Build loss forecasting and CECL models for reserve estimates.
• Monitor the portfolio via dashboards to track concentration, delinquency, and cohort performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in credit risk, ideally with experience at a major issuer and a high-growth fintech.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort in Python or R for building models and running analysis.
• Deep understanding of charge card economics and how they differ from revolving credit.
• Experience working with credit warehouse facilities, including advance rates and covenants.
• Proven track record underwriting high-net-worth or affluent segments.
• Experience building infrastructure in a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, math, engineering, CS) or equivalent experience.
