Responsibilities

  • Set the creative bar and own quality and executional direction across all tiers of work
  • Lead the brand narrative and visual identity end-to-end, partnering with Product Design
  • Run a high-velocity studio using a tiered production model and AI-driven processes
  • Own the AI creative strategy to embed tools into daily workflows for productivity
  • Drive commercial performance by connecting creative decisions to growth metrics
  • Build a culture of excellence by coaching and developing the in-house studio team
  • Direct external partners and agencies to ensure impactful, sign-off-ready work
  • Partner with Creative Operations on budgets, resourcing, and timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Creative or equivalent at a scaled consumer, D2C, or marketplace business
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building craft and measurable impact across performance and social channels
  • Track record of leading in-house teams and managing external agency relationships
  • Experience operating a tiered creative delivery model (flagship work vs. agile high-volume content)
  • Commercial mindset with ability to connect creative to performance metrics
  • AI-native approach with a working POV on AI creative tooling
  • Confident, low-ego leadership style capable of operating as a peer to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on creative authority
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus
